Artichoke Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can artichokes (water packed), drained
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. real mayonnaise
Preparation

Chop the artichokes and add the other 2 ingredients. Stir together and place in a small baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1/2 hour or until slightly brown on top and bubbly. Serve with crispy crackers, such as Triscuits, Wheat Thins, etc.
