Delicate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1/4 c. milk
1 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except egg whites and 1 cup sugar.
Put in 2 layer pans.
Beat egg whites until stiff; add 1 cup granulated sugar.
Spread over batter in layer pans (2) and bake about 1 hour slowly at 275\u00b0.
Be sure to first grease and flour cake pans.
Serve with whipped cream.
