Noodles, Sour Cream And Chives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. noodles
    1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. chopped onions or chives
    1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook noodles in boiling water until tender (5 to 7 minutes) and drain.
    In a large saucepan, melt butter.
    Add 2 tablespoons of onions or chives, half of the cheese, sour cream and nutmeg. Toss lightly with noodles.
    Place in serving bowl and top with remaining ingredients.
    Cover tightly and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours.
    Serve with ham, fruit salad, bread and dessert.
    Serves 6 to 8.
