Oven Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef chuck, cubed
    1 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1/4 c. cream of rice
    1 clove garlic, diced
    1 c. Burgundy wine
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    4 carrots
    2 c. thinly sliced onion
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    salt and pepper
    pinch of mixed herbs
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Place in 2 1/2-quart casserole with Kitchen Bouquet.
    Mix in cream of rice.
    Cut carrots in half crosswise and 1/4 lengthwise.
    Mix gently.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
    Stir every 30 minutes.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
