Lime Jello Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    pinch of salt
    1 pkg. lime gelatin
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 (16 oz.) can applesauce
    1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix gelatin with hot water and salt.
    Add mayonnaise to a small portion of hot liquid and stir until smooth.
    Return to other mixture.
    Chill to egg white consistency, then add applesauce, olives and nuts.
    Mold, chill and serve on lettuce.
