Angel Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 tsp. ginger (powdered)
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 c. hot water
1 c. molasses (light)
4 eggs, unbeaten
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Add hot water and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix on slow speed, scraping bowl often.
Batter will be thin.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until the center is solid.
