Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beat for 5 minutes
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 c. sugar (gradually add to beaten eggs, then to pumpkin)
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Gradually add sugar to beaten eggs, then add pumpkin.
    Add flour, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
    Pour onto jelly roll pan well greased and floured.
    Bake only 15 minutes at 375\u00b0 .
    Sprinkle a dish towel with powdered sugar. Flip hot cake out on towel.
    Roll up and let cool.
