Best-Ever Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    1/2 c. oil
    1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    1 German chocolate bar, grated
    6 oz. mini chocolate chips
    8 oz. sour cream
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix everything together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes in a greased and floured tube pan.
