Linguine With Sauce Verde - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. part skim milk Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. parsley
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small garlic clove or garlic powder to taste
1 (16 oz.) pkg. linguine
1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation

Process all ingredients, except pasta and almonds, in food processor or blender until well blended.
Cook pasta as directed on package; drain.
Pour sauce and almonds over pasta; toss to coat.
Makes about 6 to 8 servings.
