Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. pumpkin
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour (scant)
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. coconut cream pie filling or pudding mix (not instant)
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Sift all dry ingredients together.
    Add to first mixture.
    Add coconut cream pie filling or pudding mix.
    Beat well.
    Add nuts.
    Grease and flour 2 large loaf pans.
    Makes 2 large loaves.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Test with toothpick.
