Venison Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. venison, slightly frozen
    vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, minced or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 large green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 large onion, cut into large pieces
    2 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 c. water
    1 cube beef bouillon
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Slice venison into thin strips and brown in small amount of vegetable oil along with garlic.
    Add onion and tomatoes and cook until tender.
    Add 1 cup water with cornstarch and set aside.
    Add soy sauce to broth and thicken with cornstarch mixture.
    Add green pepper last and cook until slightly tender.
    Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
    Makes 4 servings.
