Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar (packed)
1 egg
1 c. oil
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. walnuts
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix.
Add oil and mix.
Mix oatmeal, cornflakes, coconut and walnuts; add to mixture.
Add remaining ingredients to mixture.
Form the size of small walnuts.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with a fork dipped in water.
Bake 12 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Cool on pan before removing.
