Swedish Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. apples
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook apples and mash lightly. Add flour, sugar and salt. Beat egg and vanilla and add. Add sour cream with apples. Put in 9-inch pie shell, unbaked. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with topping. Return to oven for 15 minutes.
