Puffy Fried Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    2 c. shrimp
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
    Beat egg slightly and milk.
    Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
    Dip shrimp into batter, one at a time.
    Fry in deep fat until brown. Drain on paper.
