Baked Potatoes, Tomatoes And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced onions
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 lb. tomatoes, diced
    2 1/2 lb. potatoes, sliced
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 c. grated Swiss
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in oil and butter.
    Add tomatoes, parsley, basil, oregano and salt and pepper to taste to make sauce.
    In a greased 3 1/2-quart casserole, layer sauce, potatoes and cheese.
    Bake covered at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Uncover and bake 1/2 hour longer.
