Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 to 1 1/2 c. unsalted peanuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar, syrup and salt in a 2-quart casserole dish. Microwave for 5 minutes on High.
    Stir in peanuts.
    Microwave 2 1/2 minutes on High.
    Stir; microwave on High 2 1/2 minutes more. Stir in butter, vanilla and soda until light and foamy.
    Work fast.
    Spread to 1/4-inch thickness on large, well buttered cookie sheet.
