Mom'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes dry yeast
    1/2 c. cool water
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cold water
    2 eggs
    7 1/2 to 8 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in cool water.
    Stir and set aside.
    Pour boiling water over shortening and stir until creamy.
    Add sugar, salt and cold water.
    Stir and let cool.
    Beat in the eggs.
    Add yeast and stir.
    Add flour and knead.
    Let rise until doubled and shape into rolls or buns and let rise again.
    Or you can refrigerate until used.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Serving size depends on what you do with mixture.
