Sausage Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained or 1 pkg. smokie links, cut bite-size
    6 eggs
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Place bread cubes in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Beat eggs; add milk and seasoning.
    Pour over bread.
    Mix in sausage; sprinkle cheese on top.
    Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 40 to 45 minutes (if using Pyrex bake in 325\u00b0 oven), uncovered.
