Cheesy Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini
    1/2 c. cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    3 slices bacon
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Cut zucchini squash in cubes; cook in boiling water 5 minutes or until tender.
    Drain and place in a casserole dish.
    Set aside. Combine next 5 ingredients in saucepan.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir about 1/4 mixture into egg yolk.
    Add to remaining hot mixture. Fry bacon crisp; break in small pieces.
    Stir in bacon and chives in mixture.
    Pour over squash.
    Combine bread crumbs and oleo; mix well.
    Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
