Hamburger Chow Mein(My Son, David Walmsley'S, Favorite Meal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 c. water
    1 can bean sprouts, drained (28 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown beef and celery in skillet.
    Drain off grease.
    Sprinkle with dry soup mix and cornstarch over meat mixture; stir in.
    Then add soy sauce, water and bean sprouts.
    Mix all together.
    Bring to boiling point.
    Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over rice.
    Top with chow mein noodles.
