Summer Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions
    1/3 c. pine nuts or slivered almonds
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 c. cooked rice, cooked in chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Preparation
    Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add green onions, nuts and garlic; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until nuts are lightly browned.
    Add rice, salt, pepper and thyme; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until ingredients are blended.
    Serve with kebabs. Makes 6 servings.
