Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped parsley or 3 Tbsp. dried
    1 bell pepper
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Place rice in greased baking dish.
    Beat the egg and add the other ingredients; pour over rice.
    Cover to cook.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
