Kara'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cooked
    1 1/2 c. uncooked egg noodles (not frozen)
    1/4 c. peas, frozen
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (optional)
    3 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    1/2 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Debone chicken and shred with fingers. Cook noodles in broth from chicken. Drain off excess liquid after noodles are cooked. Place noodles, chicken, soup, peas, mushrooms and sour cream in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with Ritz crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot, 30-45 minutes. Light or non-fat soup and sour cream can be used.
