Pork Chops And Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose four
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can chicken broth or 2 chicken cubes
    6 pork chops or chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    6 c. thinly sliced, peeled potatoes
    1 medium onion, sliced
    paprika and chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in a saucepan.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth; cook and stir constantly until mixture boils. Cook for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and set to the side.
    Brown meat in a skillet with oil; season to taste.
