Tuna Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    lettuce
    1/2 c. fine fresh bread crumbs (2 slices bread)
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    4 hamburger buns, toasted
    tomato slices
Preparation
    Combine tuna, bread crumbs, celery and onion.
    Blend mayonnaise, chili sauce and lemon juice.
    Stir into tuna mixture. Form into 4 patties.
    Fry in lightly oiled skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until nicely browned.
    Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato slices.
    Serves 4.
