Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. Crisco oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add oil.
    Add remaining ingredients except nuts and raisins and mix until well blended. Add nuts and raisins.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
