Kol Dolmer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork tenderloin
    1 c. raw rice
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 cabbage head
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly steak, pork, onion, salt, sugar and pepper. Boil rice.
    Wilt cabbage leaves by putting in boiling water.
    Put some meat and rice mixture in wilted cabbage leaves and roll into balls securely.
    Repeat until all of mixture is used.
