California Coleslaw(No Fat, Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded cabbage
    1 c. shredded red cabbage
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped sweet red pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. commercial low calorie Italian dressing
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid sugar substitute
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine cabbages, carrot, green and red peppers, onion and parsley in a large bowl, stirring well.
    Set aside.
    Combine vinegar, Italian dressing, sugar substitute, salt and pepper in a jar; cover tightly and shake vigorously.
