Mushroom And Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Pepperidge Farm puff pastry sheets
    1 pkg. mushrooms
    1 tub Allouette cheese
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Chop onions and mushrooms and saute in butter. Add Allouette cheese to the mixture. Open 1 puff pastry and spread mixture on the pastry sheet. Roll up jellyroll style. Slice roll (approximately 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick slices). Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 10 minutes. (Follow directions on puff pastry box.)
