Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick oleo, melted
    1 c. uncooked Minute rice
    2 c. sliced yellow squash
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cans water
Preparation
    Spread uncooked rice in flat baking dish.
    Pour melted oleo over rice.
    Next, spread squash and onion slices.
    Mix soup and water well; pour over all.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until tender.
    Sprinkle 1 cup toasted croutons on top after done.
