Spuds Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 large potatoes
    1/2 c. evaporated cream
    3 large eggs, hard boiled and chopped
    2 heaping tsp. French's mustard
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    2 large spoons mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes in large pieces.
    Boil until soft and done.
    When soft, drain and mash.
    Add all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Serve hot.
