Grilled Red Snapper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red snapper fillets
    1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut fish into serving-size portions.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
    Arrange fish on grill.
    Brush generously with sauce.
    Cook 6 to 8 minutes and turn.
    Brush fish with sauce and cook for about 7 minutes or until fish flakes.
    Do not overcook.
