Dilled Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped radishes
1 Tbsp. minced onion
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. dill weed
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Preparation

Combine potatoes, celery, radishes and eggs in large bowl; toss lightly.
Soak onion in 1 tablespoon water, then add to potatoes.
Combine remaining ingredients, except paprika.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour over vegetables and toss until well mixed. Refrigerate several hours.
Before serving, sprinkle with paprika.
