Baked Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage
    2 eggs, beaten
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease a 2-quart dish.
    Cook finely chopped cabbage in boiling, salted water for 10 minutes; drain and cool.
    In mixing bowl, blend eggs, 1/2 butter, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Stir in cabbage.
    Pour into a casserole dish.
    Blend remaining butter with bread crumbs; sprinkle over cabbage.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
