Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 tomatoes
    1 green pepper
    1 large onion
    2 jalapeno peppers
    canning salt
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes until soft then skin.
    When cool, dice.
    Cook in pan (like enamel; not aluminum pan).
    Dice peppers and onion; cook all together.
    Cook until thickens.
