Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2/3 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, nuts, baking powder and salt.
In medium bowl, beat eggs slightly.
Stir in oil, zucchini and lemon peel.
Stir liquid mixture into flour until moistened. Pour into 2 greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pans.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
Remove.
