Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 chicken breasts
    2 cans Campbell's cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
    salt and pepper to tate
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 stick butter
    3 Tbsp. poppy seeds
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts for approximately 2 1/2 hours. Debone and cut into bite-size pieces. Place in buttered casserole dish (9 x 13-inch). Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top and salt and pepper to taste. Melt butter and add crushed Ritz crackers; mix well. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
