Shrimp Over Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1 soup can water
    1 c. cooked shrimp, shelled and deveined
    dash of thyme
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook onion and garlic in butter until tender; add in curry powder.
    Cook 1 minute; stir in soup, water, shrimp and thyme. Simmer a few minutes.
    Serve over hot, cooked rice.
