Italian Flat Bread(Focaccia) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
    coarse salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water.
    Set aside.
    Add flour.
    Work dough until it does not stick when poked with finger.
    Place dough in an oiled bowl, turn to coat and cover with a towel.
    Let rise for 4 hours or refrigerate overnight.
    Punch down and let rise for 10 minutes before rolling.
