Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 1/2 c. soft white bread crumbs (no crust)
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1/8 tsp. seafood seasoning
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter.
    In a bowl, mix egg, milk and bread crumbs together.
    Add crab meat and other ingredients. Mix well.
    Form into little patties.
    Fry in butter until brown. Serve on a hamburger bun or just as is.
