Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. Wesson oil
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. creamed corn
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 small cans green chilies
2 eggs
3/4 c. corn meal
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except chilies and cheese.
Pour layer of mixture.
Spread chilies and cheese.
Alternate, ending with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes or until firm but not too dry.
