Honey-Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. stone-ground whole wheat or graham flour
    1/3 c. honey
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 pkg. regular or quick acting active dry yeast
    2 1/4 c. water (very warm)
    3 c. all-purpose flour (may need up to 4 c.)
    butter, softened
Preparation
    Mix whole wheat flour, honey, shortening, salt and yeast in large bowl.
    Add warm water.
    Blend 1 minute on low speed, scraping bowl frequently.
    Stir in enough of the flour, one cup at a time, to make dough easy to handle.
