Baked Potato And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. russet potatoes
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. lite sour cream
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Twenty-four hours ahead:
    Boil potatoes after peeling and mash. Include all ingredients.
    Place in a 2-quart casserole dish, cover and refrigerate.
    To serve:
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs and parsley or sprinkle with paprika and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3/4 hour, uncovered.
