Carrot Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. carrots
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 pinch baking soda
    1 pinch salt
    1/2 lb. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook carrots and mash them.
    Add cooled margarine.
    Add eggs. Mix flour, baking soda and salt; add to first mixture.
    Add sugar. Grease a 2-quart casserole.
    Pour in mixture.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
