Butterhorns(Dinner Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together the yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar. Beat in the eggs with the warm water.
    Let stand 15 minutes. Add the 1/2 cup sugar, shortening, salt and flour.
    Knead well.
    Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
    Divide into 2 parts and
    roll in 12-inch circle. Cut into 16 wedges. Roll up, starting with wide side.
    Let rise 3 to 4 hours.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Brush with butter. Serve warm.
