Cream Puffs(Vannbakkels) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. butter
    4 small eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bring water and butter to a boil.
    Add all the flour at once and stir until mixture forms a ball.
    Remove from heat and cool slightly.
    Add unbeaten eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Drop by teaspoonful on buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool.
    Fill with vanilla sweetened whipped cream or a custard.
    Dust with powdered sugar.
