Laurie'S Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Ricotta cheese
1/2 bag Mozzarella cheese
1 box large shells
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine beef, Ricotta cheese, egg and bread crumbs.
Cook shells a little (half way) and rinse under cold water.
Put thin layer of sauce in casserole dish.
Stuff shells and place in dish.
Cover with sauce and sprinkle with Mozzarella. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
