Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    4 oz. chopped chili peppers
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. cilantro (optional)
    1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Cube the Velveeta cheese and melt in a double boiler.
    Add the other ingredients. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
