Easy Breakfast Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. O'Brien potatoes
    2 c. diced ham
    6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 medium chopped fine onion
Preparation
    Put potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with ham and cheese.
    Beat eggs.
    Add salt, milk and onion; pour over meat and potatoes.
    Cover; refrigerate at least 3 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Cut.
