Chicken Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. skinless, boneless chicken
1 pkg. ham lunch meat
2 spring onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. dry sherry
1 egg
1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
oil for deep frying
Preparation

Cut chicken into quarters.
Chop spring onions finely.
Mix with the salt, sugar, cornflour, soy sauce and egg.
Beat together well.
